Resource Manager Invalidi Civili
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Manager per il dipartimento di SaT Management per la sede di Milano all'interno del team Resourcing.
Il tuo ruolo
Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i Partners e gli Engagement Managers per comprendere le necessità di clienti e progetti con una vista sulle necessità e le disponibilità di personale.
Identificherai di volta in volta la miglior risorsa disponibile per il progetto in partenza, considerando competenze, esperienze e preferenze individuali per conciliare al meglio progetti ed opportunità di sviluppo di carriera.
Collaborerai con i team resourcing delle altre Service Line italiane e a livello di region per finalizzare sinergie.
Lavorerai in coordinamento con le funzioni COO e Talent di Service Line.
Supporterai la predisposizione e l'analisi della reportistica della funzione.
Monitorerai KPI, utilization e rotazione dei team attraverso analisi periodiche.
Il candidato ideale si presenta con i seguenti requisiti :
Esperienza professionale nel campo del Resourcing / staffing / pianificazione del personale.
Inglese fluente.
Autostima ed efficacia nel trattare con gli interlocutori interni ed esterni.
Forti capacità interpersonali e di comunicazione.
Spirito di squadra, e organizzazione.
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e di gestire più attività in parallelo.
Esperienza nel lavorare con scadenze ristrette.
Appartenenza alle categorie protette secondo l'art. 1 della L.68 / 99 come invalido civile.
Si offre :
Full Time (possibilità di smart working).
RAL e inquadramento da definire in base all'esperienza del candidato.
Luogo di lavoro : Milano
