Il candidato ideale avrà un'esperienza approfondita nel controllo finanziario, una conoscenza consolidata del settore delle energie rinnovabili e una comprovata capacità di contribuire strategicamente alla crescita aziendale.Responsabilità principaliPianificazione e analisi finanziaria (FPA):Guidare i processi di budgeting e previsione, assicurando l'allineamento con gli obiettivi aziendali.Eseguire analisi finanziarie dettagliate, identificando trend, scostamenti e rischi per supportare le decisioni strategiche.Reporting:Preparare e presentare report finanziari completi, inclusi conto economico, bilancio e analisi dei flussi di cassa, alla direzione e agli stakeholder.Garantire la conformità agli standard contabili internazionali e alle normative locali.Controllo e ottimizzazione dei costi:Monitorare i costi dei progetti e individuare opportunità di riduzione dei costi ed efficienza operativa.Supervisionare le performance finanziarie dei progetti di energia rinnovabile, inclusa la gestione di CAPEX e OPEX.Supporto strategico:Collaborare con project manager, operations e altri dipartimenti per allineare la pianificazione finanziaria agli obiettivi aziendali.Fornire approfondimenti finanziari e raccomandazioni per nuovi investimenti, partnership e opportunità di mercato.Gestione del rischio e conformità:Assicurare che siano implementati controlli e procedure finanziarie per mitigare i rischi e garantire la conformità con audit interni ed esterni.Rimanere aggiornato sulle normative specifiche del settore e sulle loro implicazioni finanziarie.Leadership del team:Mentoring e guida del team di controllo, promuovendo una cultura di eccellenza e miglioramento continuo.Favorire la collaborazione interfunzionale per migliorare i processi e i sistemi finanziari.RequisitiFormazione:Laurea (triennale o magistrale) in Finanza, Contabilità, Economia o ambiti correlati.Certificazioni professionali (ad esempio CPA, CMA, CFA) sono fortemente apprezzate.Esperienza:Minimo 5–7 anni di esperienza nel controllo finanziario, preferibilmente nel settore delle energie rinnovabili o settori affini.Esperienza comprovata nel controllo, specialmente in industrie con alti investimenti CAPEX.Competenze:Forti capacità analitiche e di problem-solving, con una visione strategica.Padronanza avanzata nella modellizzazione finanziaria e nei sistemi ERP (Microsoft Business Central è indispensabile).Eccellenti doti comunicative e di presentazione, con la capacità di interagire efficacemente con stakeholder di diversi livelli.Fluente in inglese; competenze linguistiche aggiuntive sono un plus.Conoscenza del settore:Familiarità con modelli di finanziamento, sussidi e normative nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.Comprensione delle dinamiche di mercato in ambiti come solare, eolico o altre energie pulite.Cosa offriamoStipendio competitivo e bonus basati sulle performance.Opportunità di crescita professionale in un settore in rapida espansione.Ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e orientato a uno scopo.Pacchetto di benefit completo.Come candidarsiSe sei un professionista finanziario proattivo con una passione per le energie rinnovabili, ti invitiamo a candidarti.
