SITE MANAGER -CONTRACT
- RESPONSABILITA':
La risorsa riportando al Project Manager di riferimento si occuperà di:
- Pianificare e coordinare tutte le attività del Cantiere, assicurandosi che queste vengano svolte come programmato, nei tempi previsti e secondo i budget definiti
- Verificare e riesaminare la documentazione aggiornandola con le modifiche apportate in corso d'opera
- Gestire il Team di cantiere, gli approvvigionamenti dei materiali nel rispetto dei cronoprogrammi.
- Supervisionare l'attività di montaggio in cantiere svolta dai fornitori in subappalto;
- Produrre la documentazione (disegni, specifiche, certificazioni, controlli di qualità, ecc.)
sul lavoro svolto nel cantiere
- Verificare e monitorare la formazione del personale presente nel sito produttivo e nell'utilizzo corretto ed efficiente degli strumenti aziendali (sicurezza, ambiente, qualità, efficienza, utilizzo del sistema gestionale), aumentando la flessibilità delle risorse e promuovendo un sistema back up strutturato.
- Verifica il rispetto delle norme di prevenzione e sicurezza dei lavori
- Gestisce le emergenze
COMPETENZE:
- Comprovata esperienza nel settore dell'arredamento contract e conoscenza delle tecniche di falegnameria
- Pregressa Esperienza nel ruolo di Site Manager in cantieri civili e/o navali di medie e grandi dimensioni
- Conoscenza e lettura del disegno tecnico
**- Conoscenza fluente della lingua francese**
Completano il profilo:
abilità alla leadership, buone capacità di problem solving, predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, flessibilità, dinamicità e precisione; ottime doti di mediazione
Luogo di Lavoro**:disponibile a trasferirsi a Montecarlo nel mese di settembre**
