Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws• Manage emergency response program• Coordinate risk assessments and investigations• Coordinate employee EHS training• Conduct EHS field audits• Track and communicate EHS goals and measurements• Participate in audits and communicate regulatory requirements• Manage and deliver EHS documentation• Provide senior leadership and operations support
Requirements
• 3 years of experience in similar roles• Bachelor Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent• Knowledge of Italian and European EHS legislation• General knowledge of job-related topics• Profound knowledge of health and safety issues• Fluent in Italian and English• Knowledge of ISO 14000 and 45000• ASPP certification• Safety trainer certification
