Responsabilità: Comprovata esperienza di almeno 2 anni nell'analisi di processi as-is e implementazione di soluzioni to-be di AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning o più in generale di Data Science.
Esperienza nella redazione, gestione ed esecuzione di analisi funzionali e di test list.
Competenze specifiche in Prompt Engineering, NLU (Natural Language Understanding) e NLG (Natural Language Generation).
Conoscenza dei servizi di AI applicati alla generazione automatica di contenuti in diversi contesti (conoscenza di OpenAI e Copilot sono un plus).
Conoscenze statistiche/analitiche e di linguaggi di programmazione come SQL e Python sono considerati un plus.
Eccellenti capacità di organizzazione del tempo, gestione dei progetti e collaborazione in team multidisciplinari.
Capacità di supportare risorse junior con buone capacità di comunicazione e mentoring.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.

Come Business Analyst con esperienza in progetti in ambito AI e Data Science, ti specializzerai nella scrittura di analisi dei processi, analisi funzionali e modellazione di processi di business. Supporterai lo sviluppo e l'implementazione di soluzioni avanzate in ambito intelligenza artificiale (generative e non), migliorando processi e prodotti, e assicurando che il risultato sia pertinente, accurato e coerente con i requisiti condivisi dal cliente. Colmerai il divario tra business e tecnologia traducendo le esigenze aziendali in requisiti tecnici.
