Luogo di lavoro: Trieste Orario di lavoro: full time lunedì - sabato Tipologia contrattuale: inserimento diretto in azienda.
RAL e inquadramento saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza maturata dal candidato.
Ti occuperai di garantire che durante i turni sia presente la giusta quantità di personale operativo con le corrette qualifiche per eseguire le operazioni in base alla domanda quotidiana e alle esigenze del cliente, tenendo conto dell'impatto economico.
Ti occuperai di: -pianificazione delle operazioni e calcolo del personale necessario -assegnazione dei compiti giornalieri del personale operativo -monitoraggio della disponibilità delle apparecchiature e coordinamento dei lavori di manutenzione -aggiornamento del software HR con le informazioni rilevanti -pianificazione delle ferie,delle visite mediche, dei corsi e delle formazioni del personale operativo  - rilevazione presenze
