JOIN OUR FINANCE TEAM IN OUR NEWLY OPEN OFFICE IN THE HEART OF MILANOur Finance Team has been instrumental in setting up and optimizing crucial financial processes within the new system environment, including Power BI, CFIN, and IBP25.
With a focus on enhancing the Trade Terms 2024 simulation process and refining new discount management procedures, the team is committed to driving efficiency and accuracy.
Additionally, they collaborate closely with Finance colleagues on monthly Planning Reporting tasks, ensuring seamless and timely financial operations across the organization.GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS PROJECTSImplement and maintain finance reports in Power BI, CFIN, and IBP25, ensuring data accuracy and efficient performance.Support and refine the Trade Terms 2024 simulation process and new discount management procedures to align with financial strategies.Collaborate on Monthly Planning Reporting.Work closely with Finance colleagues to complete monthly Planning Reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate financial data.Monitor and optimize the new system environment and processes, addressing any issues and implementing improvements as needed.WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A MATCHOpenness to acquiring new skills and knowledge related to financial systems, processes, and industry practices.Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities, and to quickly learn and apply new tools and processes.Willingness to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute positively to group projects and discussions.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities.Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.Enthusiasm for tackling challenges and finding solutions, even if it means seeking guidance and learning.Attention to detail.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEnrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.Students in their last year of bachelor's degree or master's degree.Availability for the full duration of the internship from March 2025 – September 2025.Ability to relocate to Milan for the full duration of the internship.Fluent English written and spoken (C1).BENEFITSGenerous discounts on products AND staff sales.Chances to attend and take part in a sponsored sports event.Structured training and development.Mentorship programs in Europe.Quarterly meetings about career progression.Funded team socials.Flexible and agile working arrangements (2 days working from home).SALARYMonthly gross allowance (our local reward is 1100 gross per month).
