Siamo Wieland Onda srl , parte di Wieland Thermal Solutions , leader nel mercato mondiale degli scambiatori di calore e dei tubi ad alte prestazioni. Con i nostri dieci stabilimenti di produzione in Nord America, Europa e Asia, forniamo soluzioni all'avanguardia per il trasferimento di calore ai più importanti operatori dei settori ACR, del riscaldamento, della trasformazione e di macchinari e impianti.
Per lo sviluppo della nostra squadra, siamo alla ricerca di una nuova risorsa da inserire nei siti italiani come PLANT MANAGER .
Nello specifico quali saranno i tuoi obiettivi in Wieland Onda:
Soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti in termini di qualità, consegna e prestazioni di prodotti e servizi.
Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi annuali di performance finanziaria dell'organizzazione.
Allineare i risultati e i piani dell'organizzazione con la visione e i piani strategici generali dell'azienda.
Rafforzare i valori culturali fondamentali dell'azienda e dare un esempio personale positivo al team per ottimizzare le aspettative comportamentali e di rendimento.
Sviluppare l'organizzazione per favorire il miglioramento continuo.
Stabilire una cultura del pensiero e dei processi Lean nell'organizzazione.
Promuovere una cultura della sicurezza.
Aumentare la produzione, massimizzare la disponibilità delle apparecchiature riducendo al minimo i costi inutili e migliorare gli attuali standard di qualità.
Allocare le risorse in modo efficace e sviluppare le competenze dei dipendenti per ottenere un'elevata flessibilità della posizione.
Assicurare il mantenimento dei membri chiave, identificare e sviluppare nuovi talenti del team di base e fornire una leadership per raggiungere con successo gli obiettivi aziendali. Allineare le priorità, comunicare le aspettative e i progressi e gestire efficacemente le prestazioni individuali e del team.
Monitorare i KPI e attivare azioni correttive e di miglioramento su base continua.
Requisiti essenziali richiesti da WIELAND ONDA SRL:
Competenze e qualifiche
Laurea in Ingegneria/Operation/Gestione o altri campi correlati.
È auspicabile un MBA e/o una formazione di alto livello in leadership-gestione.
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1) (VINCOLANTE).
Conoscenza della lingua tedesca (PREFERIBILE).
5-10 anni di esperienza di gestione in un ambiente di produzione.
Comprovata esperienza di uno stile di leadership orientato alla sicurezza che porta al successo.
Forte background nella pianificazione strategica e nella risoluzione dei problemi.
La personalità di gestire il cambiamento in tutti i reparti e livelli.
Dimostrate capacità di miglioramento continuo e ampia conoscenza degli strumenti e delle tecniche LEAN.
Forti capacità di comunicazione con le parti interessate interne ed esterne.
Forti capacità di team building, decisionali e di gestione delle persone.
Elevata competenza in Excel e PowerPoint.
