In Spirax-Sarco Italia si è aperta un'importante opportunità, ricoprire il ruolo di Product Engineer.
Un ruolo che permette una visione tecnico-commerciale all'interno della realtà Spirax-Sarco Sales Company.
Il Product Engineer ha il compito di garantire una preparazione puntuale delle offerte, basandosi sulle esigenze specifiche del cliente (CVPs) in linea con la strategia aziendale.
La figura del Product Engineer riporta gerarchicamente al Product Engineering Manager all'interno del Team Marketing Business Development della Sales Company.
Per avere successo in questo ruolo sono necessarie queste competenze: Buone conoscenze tecniche dei nostri prodotti e processi industriali; Abilità comunicative e relazionali; Capacità di lavorare con tempistiche strette e sotto pressione; Capacità di gestire in modo produttivo le richieste del business; Allineamento ai valori aziendali; Motivazione, entusiasmo e determinazione I principali obiettivi e responsabilità sono: Preparazione delle proposte tecnico-commerciali richieste dai Sales Engineers; Preparazione delle offerte secondo gli SLA (Service Level Agreement); Interagire con tutti i principali stakeholders (vendite, ufficio tecnico e ufficio acquisti…); Comprendere e soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti in modo tempestivo e professionale; Visitare assieme ai Sales Engineers i clienti, proponendo loro soluzioni tecniche che rispecchino le loro esigenze (10%-15% del tempo).
