STMicroelectronics is on an exciting journey of technology development that requires infrastructure expansion and investment in leading edge technologies.  To achieve this goal, we are seeking for a Civil engineering Intern to support STMicroelectronics facility design and construction organization to build the next generation of semiconductor manufacturing factories. 

Responsibilities and Tasks

Assist the Construction Director in engineering calculations and offer analysis.
Support daily supervision of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Collaborate with the construction team to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Provide support in coordinating and scheduling construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, including project progress reports, budget tracking, and any necessary permits or licenses.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Technical writing Reading and interpreting construction contract documents
Communication of technical topic
Safety and a safe project environment
Desired: Knowledge of 2D, 3D, BIM software (Autocad, Revit, etc)
English languages: basic - upper (written and speaking)
