**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
We are looking for a Talent Management Coordinator for our new EMC Talent Management team.
You will support our Italy-based Associates from their start in BCG and thus supervise the central career processes in the development of our Consulting Staff.
The main focus in your daily work will be on broad HR topics, project staffing, and classic career development.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
Please mind that the role will be focused on the activities listed below, but not limited to them:
- As part of personnel planning, you'll ensure that our Associates are optimally placed on projects, to best meet client needs on one side and align with the personal career perspective on the other.
- As a member of the core team of the CD Committee, you'll be responsible for supporting in all career development processes.
In doing so, you will work closely with the respective Career Advisors.
- As a Talent Coordinator, you'll act as the central contact for HR inquiries and will connect those needing further consultation with the right person in our HR expertise functions.
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- You have successfully completed a (technical) college degree, ideally with a focus on human resources
- You already have experience in assessing the potential of employees and can thus optimally assign our Associates to the respective client projects and accompany their development in the best possible way
- Great passion for people issues and enjoy working your way into different HR areas as a generalist
- You will win over our internal stakeholders even at high seniority levels with your above-average service orientation and your diplomatic tact
- You have absolute integrity, discretion, and a sense of responsibility
- You're good at solving problems and have the patience and perseverance it takes to do so
- You have an independent and structured working style and know how to best prioritize your tasks
- You are proficient in MS Office software
- You have excellent written and spoken English language skills
