The position is based in Fendi HQ in Rome. The candidate will coordinate and plan production activities related to reorders of main categories (LGs, Shoes, Accessories) in order to match the demand Plan reorders deliveries with production planning team in order to guarantee a balanced production capacity. The candidate will manage raw material with the target of reduce production lead time and being more reactive, both on best seller items and on new high potential articles. He/She will monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues, analyzing new potential schedule to meet deadlines. The candidate will communicate on time delivery status and other KPIs on regular
Main Responsibilities Closely work with production planning team to plan reorders deliveries to meet business needs guaranteeing a balanced capacityWeekly monitor the deliveries in central warehouse and promptly communicate any potential issuesWeekly raw material managementClosely cooperate with Production Planners on the analysis of plans implementation, sharing a production forecasts visibility and acting as a driver in defining priorities and follow them upMonitor global Production Leadtimes & identify areas for improvements or bottlenecks to improveDevelop new KPIs and share them on regular basisKey stakeholders: Industrial, Logistic, Product & Merch, HQ Supply Chain teams.
Profile>2 years of experience in Production, Supply Chain, PlanningExperience in Luxury/Fashion IndustryUniversity degreeHigh proficiency in the use of Office package, with outstanding excel skillsStrong numerical ability supported by business awarenessAble to work under pressure meeting deadlinesLVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person's singularities.
