Il nostro cliente è una prestigiosa **Azienda Manifatturiera Multinazionale, leader di mercato e di prodotti unici e di altissima qualità, **che ci ha chiesto di ricercare per loro un:
**Project Manager tecnico/Analista Funzionale - Azienda Multinazionale**
La risorsa, in riporto diretto della CFO, si occuperà di **analizzare, definire e migliorare i processi aziendali**, offrendo un supporto trasversale alle **procedure di riorganizzazione aziendale** e garantendo un **adeguato sistema informatico in supporto di tutte le funzioni**.
Nello specifico si occuperà, in collaborazione con gli altri membri del team IT, di **personalizzare adeguatamente gli applicativi **(con **focus sullo ERP**) in funzione di tutte le aree di business, seguendo e **coordinando le attività dei fornitori esterni **e avendo come **obiettivo** il **miglioramento dei processi e delle metodologie di lavoro**, aumentandone l'efficacia e l'efficienza.
In aggiunta dovrà occuparsi di** redigere work flow chart e report** per il management, usando opportuni applicativi e **dashboard** legati alla **business intelligence**.
È richiesta **un'esperienza importante nel ruolo di almeno 3/5 anni come Analista funzionale e/o Project Manager tecnico con competenze prettamente informatiche **in contesti di lavoro dove aver potuto riprogrammare i processi di business in un'ottica di miglioramento continuo.
Completano il profilo una **buona** **capacità relazionale, proattività e visione strategica.
