Act as the first point of contact between guests, the hotel team and external suppliers.Respond (in-person, over the phone, or by email) to all guest inquiries, special arrangements, services requests (., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Coordinates travel plans, special occasions, create unique experience and suggest exclusive addresses to guests liaising with external and internal suppliers, according to guests' hints and preferences.Make each guest feel welcomed and valued, anticipate guests' needs and create unforgettable experiences for them.Manage and coordinate guest chats, create, monitor and close cases using the appropriate Marriott tool.Maintain a strong knowledge about local areas, ongoing events happening, exclusive experiences, special suppliers and constantly update guests and the team.Record and manage guests' requests in the internal CRM Alice.Contact appropriate individual or department (., Bell person, Housekeeping, Front Desk) as necessary to resolve guest requests or issues.Escort guests to their room Supervise and assist Bell Team in case of need, helping with luggage/parcel delivery.Provide your best service and make sure the guest leaves the hotel with a positive memory.Our aim is a 10/10What you'll need: A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude.Positive outlook and outgoing personality.Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability.Great storytelling skills in English and at least intermediate Italian (both writing and speaking).Previous Concierge
