Greentalent, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Energy, Engineering e Environment, per importante Developer e Asset Owner operante nel settore del biometano, ricerca un/a:Maintenance Manager - BiometanoIl/la candidato/a ideale ha conseguito una laurea in Ingegneria o un titolo assimilabile e ha maturato un'esperienza significativa nella gestione della manutenzione di impianti di digestione anaerobica per la produzione di biogas/biometano.La risorsa avrà quindi le seguenti responsabilità:Definire, strutturare e gestire i processi di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva relativi agli impianti di proprietà della Società;Definire e aggiornare le checklist di manutenzione e i relativi KPI, in linea con le specifiche tecniche dei fornitori;Impostare tutte le attività di governance necessarie all'ottimizzazione dei programmi di manutenzione e alla massimizzazione dell'affidabilità delle apparecchiature;Gestire e supervisionare turni e attività degli operatori sul campo e in sede, fornendo loro competenze e supporto qualora fosse necessario;Organizzare la flotta dei veicoli adibiti alle attività manutentive;Definire la strategia di approvvigionamento per apparecchiature e relativa ricambistica (i.e.
valvole, pompe…) e supervisionare la gestione del magazzino, di concerto con i responsabili di impianto;Tenere traccia dei KPI di manutenzione e analizzare le specificità di ciascun impianto, identificando le insorgenze ricorrenti e le migliori soluzioni per ovviare ai guasti;Assicurare la conformità e l'efficacia delle garanzie degli OEM e dei contratti di assistenza.Si richiedono:Laurea in Ingegneria o diploma tecnico;Esperienza comprovata in ruoli analoghi nell'ambito del biogas/biometano e conoscenza dei processi di digestione anaerobica;Abitudine a lavorare in sinergia con le altre funzioni aziendali coinvolte nei processi manutentivi (i.e.
Produzione, HSE…);Conoscenza dei processi di Continuous Improvement e, più in generale, orientamento all'efficientamento dei processi operativi.Completano il profilo una personalità dinamica e proattiva, ottime doti comunicative e relazionali e attitudine al lavoro in team.Sede di lavoro: Centro-Sud Italia (con flessibilità).
