Business Analyst and Implementation Specialist:
Reporting to the COO, this role assists with the business functions of (i) strategy and digital, (ii) data and analytics, (iii) strategy and business development, and (iv) serving as the central point of the organization to help drive its strategic business agenda. The position will work closely with the data and analytics team, the strategy team, and other key stakeholders. The data and analytics group employs cutting-edge tools that will help achieve our goals.
The responsibilities of the applicant may vary and expand depending on qualifications.
Work closely with the data and analytics teams to implement newly designed tools into the field for key stakeholders.
Understand the need for reporting tools with key stakeholders to drive efficiency and add value.
Collaborate with the strategy team, IT, and marketing teams to ensure proper implementation of analytics tools and manage the process.
Attend meetings in place of the COO as needed.
Assist the COO with creating and developing the business' overall strategy, monitoring competitors, and staying updated on industry news (depending on the applicant).
Assist the COO in developing and vetting ideas to further develop the IA business, whether through product or distribution.
