YOUR JOB - Check of the property main systems - Ordinary maintenance of electric and hydraulic system of the rooms - Small manual works when needed to solve problem YOUR PROFILE - A craftsman's training would be desirable - Experience in electric hydric or construction field - You are an independent hardworker, capable to work in team - You are flexible, reliable, physically resilient and interested in new challenges - You have good Italian and English skills OUR OFFER - Contract in accordance with CCNL Tourism - 75% discount on private overnight stays in all a&o; hostels - Flexible shift scheduling according to your availability - Attractive corporate benefits such as discounted leisure activities and events - Subsidized language courses - Support for your further education in the form of various trainings - Mental Health: We offer you free and anonymous mental health coaching from our independent partner "Likeminded", who will support you with professional, private and health-related challenges - We work in jeans and a&o; polo shirt instead of stiff suits or uniforms - Of course we provide drinks, fruit and vegetables on a daily basis – and as hostel staff you can join your team for the warm meals served at the buffet - Short decision-making processes and open communication We are very happy to receive your application (resume, desired salary, earliest possible starting-date).
