Experience and Skills Required Fluency in English and Italian essential. Knowledge of print management products such as PaperCut. Clear understanding of IT environments, terminology, and concepts. Experience in a customer-facing role, helping to promote and scope software solutions. Excellent verbal communicator with good written comprehension capability and presentation skills, specifically within a technical discipline. Self-motivated with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed. Attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of documentation of technical work and research to support colleagues, improve the product, and enhance the overall pre-sales support experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset. Efficient in time management and working under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel when required.
