Hr Assistant

For our HQ located in Cologno Monzese, we are looking for a brilliant and recently graduated candidate to hire in an internship and grow into our HR department.
You will have the chance to work in an international environment, assisted by the HR senior team members with the aim of discovering, learning, and boosting your HR working experience.
You will also have the opportunity to support and contribute to other HR processes, initiatives, or projects to grow as a real HR Business Partner
With us you will: Analysis and reporting of key HR metrics Preparing presentations and summary reports Support to HR Business Partners in relation to the employee life cycle procedures Supporting recruiting processes What you need to bring to join us: Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or humanistic disciplines Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point) Fluent in Italian and in English Proactive approach Analytical skills with close attention to details Result driven and problem solver Who we are: SIAE MICROELETTRONICA SPA is internationally renowned as a leading provider of the most innovative and best performing microwave radio and wireless network solutions.
