The Polis Project - Digital Citizenship Service Houses - supports our strategy by aiming at a major transformation of Post Offices, through the introduction of new technologies and digital tools, while respecting the principles of accessibility and environmental sustainability.

And that's not all; our commitment also extends to the implementation of a widespread, digitised network of co-working spaces within our prime real estate throughout the Country.

In order to achieve such far-reaching initiatives, we need enterprising and innovative professionals willing to join our Real Estate Unit - a dynamic and digitally oriented structure.

Activities Within Poste Italiane's Real Estate Unit, you will be part of the creation of new infrastructure projects planned throughout the Country, supporting the team in the coordination and execution of real estate activities to achieve a strategic network renovation.

What will you do? You will help our team kick start the infrastructure renovation projects; You will work with senior technicians and professionals to design and manage building and system works; You will develop project management skills by supervising the activities first-hand; You will learn the techniques and methods used to efficiently manage one of the largest corporate real estate networks.

Who we are looking for Professionals with degrees in Civil, Building-Architecture, Environmental, Construction, Management, Mechanical, Electronic/Electro-technical and Industrial Engineering, who love challenges and are ready to get involved, by providing their experience and creativity in a project with such a significant impact on the Company and the entire Country.

At 31 December 2023, the Company is 29.26% owned by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance (MEF) and 35% owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Sp A (CDP), also controlled by the MEF.

The remaining shares are held by institutional and retail investors.

A total of 33.9%2 of the shares held by institutional investors of Poste Italiane Sp A belong to investors who follow ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) criteria in their investment choices.

Since May 2023, Silvia Maria Rovere is the Company's Chairwoman.

Since April 2017 Matteo Del Fante is Chief Executive Officer.

Giuseppe Lasco was appointed General Manager in February 2024.
