Job Description

Il candidato, riportando al Customer & System Quality Engineer, si occuperà di:


Mantenere e aggiornare il Sistema di Gestione della Qualità in base alle normative ISO9001 a IATF16949 e agli standard internazionali e nazionali di riferimento, nonché ad eventuali standard automotive richiesti dai clientiAuditare periodicamente la struttura organizzativa, i processi, i progetti e le attività aziendali, per assicurarsi che il Sistema di Gestione della Qualità sia correttamente implementato.Analizzare le NC emerse e proporre azioni correttive e di miglioramento in collaborazione con i responsabili di funzioneAggiornare, in seguito a necessità interne ed esterne, le documentazioni del sistema assicurandosi che siano sempre conformi alle norme e gli standard applicati.Mantenere aggiornate le documentazioni relative ai processi clienti (omologazioni, CSR, riqualifiche)Affiancare i responsabili nella risoluzione dei reclami clienti, conducendo attività di Problem Solving per la risoluzione degli stessi Competenze ed esperienza * buona conoscenza ISO9001 e tools qualità
