Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow. We are looking for a Design Engineer eager to join our Engineering Team in Varisco, Atlas Copco Padova. You'll be part of an operational team with the goal to support the further development of our product range.
Varisco Product Company is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial applications. In 2016 Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with 150 years of history behind it. 
In this role you will have the opportunity to: Support feasibility studies of new project, gathering accurate informationCAD design and creation of all the drawings necessary for the construction of production prototypesDraft critical detailse lay-out and design in order to build a functional prototypeFollow the development of the prototype and the results of the tests in order to verify their adherence to the technical specificationsSupport in the drafting of the machines manualsProduction support during the start-up phaseMaintenance of drawings, bills of materials and related documents following updates or changes that have occurred.What we expect from our candidates: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or similarProved experience on the jobproven experience production release documents (electro-pneumatic diagrams, assembly information, data sheets, information for final testing, CE dossier or other documentation in compliance with the reference legislation)Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skillsStrong attention to details and data analysis skillsProactive and able to successfully work in teamGood command of English and Italian (both spoken and written)Available for national and international travelWhat is important for us: Active collaboration with your colleaguesPromotion of new ideas with a focus on improvement and innovation Adherence to the company rules, commitment to develop inclusion and collaboration in the workplace Promotion of the company's values - Interaction, Commitment and Innovation - in order to fulfil Atlas Copco's vision "First in mind – First in Choice"Customer-centric approachDiverse by nature and inclusive by choice
