MISSIONS:

(ENG)
You will join the Private Debt Fund Operations team (4 people) located in Milan. Several funds will be assigned to you for which you will be in charge of:
Performance monitoring: Contribution to modeling fund performance and budget monitoring; Calculation and control of NAV in relation with service providers; Contribution to investor reporting; Transactions: Coordination of the creation of new funds; Participation in the execution of transactions; Coordination of fundraising appeals and distributions; Control and reporting: Monitoring of cash flow and investment capacity; Monitoring of investments (drawings, interest payments, repayments, etc.); Maintenance of reference bases; Specific analyzes at the request of managers or clients; Operation: Selection and monitoring of relationships with service providers; Coordination of accounting and payments; Management: Supervision of analysts; Force of proposal for the improvement of tools and processes; Animation of communication between teams and senior management. Il candidato selezionato entrerà a far parte del team Fund Operations, attualmente composto da 4 persone, con sede a Milano e gli verranno assegnati diversi fondi per i quali sarà responsabile di:
Performance monitoring: Contributo alla modellizzazione alla performance dei fondi ed al monitoraggio del budget; Calcolo e controllo del NAV dei fondi in coordinamento con i fornitori di servizi; Contributo alla predisposizione della reportistica periodica per gli investitori; Transazioni: Coordinamento della creazione di nuovi fondi; Partecipazione all'esecuzione delle operazioni; Gestione dei richiami di capitale e delle distribuzioni dei fondi; Controllo e reporting: Monitoraggio della tesoreria e delle capacità di investimento; Monitoraggio degli investimenti (prelievi, pagamenti di interessi, rimborsi, ecc.); Mantenimento delle static data; Analisi specifiche su richiesta del Management o degli investitori; Operazioni: Selezione e monitoraggio dei rapporti con i fornitori di servizi; Coordinamento della contabilità e dei pagamenti; Propensione al miglioramento di strumenti e processi; PROFILE:
