Application Engineer The person will manage the following activities:
Collect and interpret data based on customer's technical specifications and collaborate with Key Account and sales management for the offer preparation (including public and private tenders)Act as technical interface for the commercial area, to provide technical answers, system sizings, product presentations, technical notesAct as technical interface for customers, including direct visits on site to provide adequate technical solutions to requests, to carry out training sessions on products, to check the status of the battery installation and provide solutions / answers to the specific issue (acting as first technical interface to customers)Carry out after-sales activities regarding the technical management of the order (definition of accessories, shelves, intervention times, technical meetings with the customer, supervision of testing, inspections on goods to be delivered and preparation of technical documentation)Coordinate important projects related to assigned countries/areas, involving internal functions and departmentsParticipate to exhibitions with sales and marketing teams, to promote products and solutions to customer and partners.Requirements of the position: Technical diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrics or Electronics preferable)Previous experience of 2 or more years in similar role and market sector.Requirements of the person: Interpersonal skillsProactivity and customer-oriented approachFlexibilityOrganizational skillsProblem-solving attitudeAnalytical skillsAvailability to short travels.The searches are aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77.
