We work with strategic customers at the executive program level to achieve simplified Best-Run Business capability.
We help accelerate business value realization out of SAP and other IT investments leveraging customers insights and tool-based approach, along with our long-established experience and consolidated partnership with the ecosystem.SAP BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION SENIOR CONSULTANTFor BTS Team in Italy we're looking for an experienced professional who shines in the following areas:Drive the Business Transformation Journeys for strategic customers of the Market Unit and the Region, focusing on Value RealizationAct as trusted advisor to C-LevelsConnect the Customer Strategy to the Intelligent Enterprise value proposition, while promoting Best Practices adoption, Clean Core concept and AI-driven automation of processesCreate demand for Business Transformation ServicesUncover opportunities to drive customer's innovation agendaContribute to internal and external perception of team reputationActively support Services Organization KPIs attainmentSafeguard quality of team contribution and deliverablesBe eager to develop his/her skills set according to demandDemonstrate leadership when coordinating projects and resourcesEDUCATION QUALIFICATIONSHigher education degree (Masters degree or MBA preferred e.g.
business administration, economics, computer sciences, engineering etc.
)EXPERIENCEAt least 10 years of professional work experience in consulting for business and IT transformation or in comparable responsibilityExperienced in driving Digital Transformation projects within complex environments, both domestic and internationalFamiliar with key SAP's solutions, namely S/4HANA on RISE, BTP, LoBs applications (e.g.
Ariba, IBP, DMC etc)Comfortable in interacting with CxOs, understanding their priorities and influencing their agendaFamiliar with strategic thinking and conceptual design of complex projects programsLANGUAGE AND TRAVELFluent written and spoken EnglishTravel 0-50%Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
