Descrizione del lavoro Il Technical Service Applicator collabora con i Product Engineer (PE) nel supporto ai venditori, agenti e forza commerciale, soddisfando le richieste dei clienti in merito ai prodotti e alle soluzioni relative al mondo delle costruzioni.Qualifiche Conosce le performance e le caratteristiche dei principali prodotti appartenenti al settore delle costruzioni, in termini di condizioni di uso e applicazione, limitazioni e compatibilità con supporti e altri prodotti complementari; Analizza le condizioni dei supporti di applicazione, in cantiere, e determina le operazioni necessarie alla loro preparazione; Conosce le modalità operative per la preparazione e la miscelazione dei prodotti, nonché alla loro applicazione e finitura; Prepara campionature e mock-up di sistemi e prodotti, da utilizzarsi durante dimostrazioni pratiche o da consegnare ai clienti e agenti; Organizza dimostrazioni pratiche e training, sia nelle sedi ove vengono svolti i corsi di formazione, sia presso le sedi dei nostri clienti preparando e trasportando in loco tutto il necessario (supporti, attrezzi, prodotti, campioni, materiale dimostrativo ecc.); Fornisce istruzioni alle imprese per la corretta applicazione dei prodotti e sistemi, contestualizzando le condizioni operative proprie del cantiere ove si trova ad operare; Identifica le probabili cause di una non corretta applicazione eseguita da terzi, allo scopo di consigliare (in accordo con il relativo Product Engineer) una metodologia di intervento per ripristinare le corrette performance dei prodotto/ciclo applicato; Affianca la forza vendita in eventi organizzati presso i clienti rivenditori, quali road-show o riunioni con imprese applicatrici, con lo scopo di presentare e dimostrare praticamente l'uso dei prodotti e sistemi Sika; Presidia eventi fieristici per dimostrazioni sui prodotti e cicli applicativi;.   Informazioni aggiuntive Diploma scuola superiore (edile) costituisce titolo preferenziale Gradita esperienza pregressa come addetto alle applicazioni in impresa di costruzione, con esperienza di cantiere.Lingua inglese, non obbligatoria ma preferenziale conoscenza pacchetto Office Capacità organizzative, pratiche.Capacità comunicative e di relazione interpersonale Team working
