As Warehouse Manager, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex industrial/logistic department, assuring excellent quality standards.

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals in order to ensure that the warehouse operates in an efficient way; Supervision, organization and training of warehouse staff; Develop operating systems by controlling product handling and storage requirements, equipment usage, inventory, door flow, and shipping methods; Manage the warehouse team to solve daily operational problems and gain short- and long-term performance goals; Supervise day to day operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics; Study workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service; Management and monitoring of international shipments of plants in foreign geographical areas; Provide a safe and healthy working environment. PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Master's Degree in Engineering or Economics; At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees; Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff; Problem solving skills; Data analysis skills; Good relational skills with focus on team management; Good knowledge of English.
