Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision : Establish and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the CMS, aligning with the company's broader business goals. Market and User Insight : Conduct thorough market research and gather user feedback to guide product decisions and prioritize feature development. Collaborative Development : Work closely with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure the CMS meets their needs for efficient content handling. Technical Translation : Liaise with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks, manage the product backlog, and oversee the engineering process from concept to release. User Experience Focus : Lead user testing and feedback initiatives to refine features, enhancing usability and performance of the CMS. Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the impact of changes and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement. Cross-Functional Leadership : Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, development, launch, and post-launch support. Expert Guidance : Act as the CMS product expert within the company, providing strategic insights and support to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Candidate Specification – What We'd Like to See from You: Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields. Product Management Expertise : At least 3 years of product management experience, specifically with CMS or related software products, ideally within the gaming industry. CMS Mastery : Strong knowledge of CMS platforms like Drupal or WordPress, understanding their core functionalities and best practices. Analytical Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for translating complex business needs into technical actions. Communication and Collaboration : Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams. Agile Proficiency : Experience in Agile development environments, familiar with methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
