Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills to provide a top-quality brand experience for our customersLeading, training, and motivating your department's employees while ensuring an excellent work atmosphereManaging your department's daily operations to achieve sales goals (including digital services, visual merchandising, sales area)Identifying and improving areas based on feedback received from customersActing as brand ambassadors for CONVERSE for initiatives that include training your teamEnsuring the store meets all CONVERSE standards and guidelinesCollaborating with business partners across different stores and headquarters
In particular, our store structure includes three Lead roles, as outlined below:
COMMERCIAL
Leading a team to provide efficient product reception and inventory accuracy in line with visual presentation standardsEnsuring smooth inventory processes while maintaining the sales area's presentability and meeting brand standardsWorking alongside department Leads who oversee individual components (product reception and visual presentation) with responsibility for the product journey in the storeBeing responsible for monthly launch initiativesUsing reporting tools to make the best business decisionsAiming for accurate inventory to fulfill digital orders
ATHLETE EXPERIENCE*
Ensuring the team can provide athletes* with the highest quality experience (Purpose)Leading team engagement in CONVERSE Community Ambassador activitiesIn collaboration with store management, overseeing hiring processes, including onboardingResponsible for store schedulingCollaborating with the store team to promote and maintain a positive CONVERSE culture
