FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate that will be part of our HR department in the HQ in Bologna as HR Talent Acquisition Intern for a 6 months internship.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managersSupport in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs to attract top talentUpdate and maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate informationSupport the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperworkAssist with employer branding initiatives, such as updating social media profiles and careers website with relevant content and engaging job postingsConduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools to continuously improve our talent acquisition processAssist with ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned Requirements: Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentA passion for recruitment and talent acquisition At FAAC Technologies, our commitment to equality and inclusion reflects our intention to cultivate a work environment that acknowledges and values the uniqueness of each individual and embraces diversity in all its forms.
