Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the entranceOpen and hold doors for guests in a polite and courteous mannerAssist guests with loading and unloading their belongingsProvide information and directions to guests about hotel facilities and local attractionsMonitor and report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authoritiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area

Requirements

Prior experience as a Door Attendant or in a similar role is preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and composed under pressureGood physical fitness and a presentable appearanceWillingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
