WHAT'S NEW AT APTARAn exciting opportunity is opening at Aptar Italia as IS Specialist, SAP QM BusinessTHIS IS THE BEGINNING OF YOUR APTAR ADVENTUREThe IS Specialist, SAP QM Business supports the end-to-end delivery of IS global application projects and major changes of the quality management processes domain where he/she is assigned, following the directions provided by his/her manager.He/She is responsible for the delivery of the significant and minor changes of Aptar IS Global applications of his/her quality management processes domain that support the strategic objectives of Aptar Group.Support his/her team leader for process and application consistency and quality across Aptar regions and segments of his/her quality management processes domain.Support his/her team leader to create a positive, collaborative, result-oriented work environment.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering significant and minor changes assigned to him/her following the schedule, the required quality, and the procedures, including testing.Support his/her team leader for process and application consistency and quality across Aptar regions and segments.Support the efforts estimation for projects and changes when required.Deliver services in line with the IS Support Service Level Agreement.Support project and major changes delivery using an evidence-informed approach to improve outcomes for the business.Responsible for delivering accurate service and related documentation, keeping it up-to-date at all times.Ensure that the quality of practice meets requirements, regulations, and organizational policy and procedures.Contribute to identifying, elevating, and troubleshooting issues impacting the achievement of project objectives and to continually improve services.Contribute to continuous solution improvement within Aptar.Maintain a cost-effective approach to service delivery and serve as a change agent for continuous improvement through improved/enhanced methodologies.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree and at least three to five years in a similar position.Good experience in global ERP implementation.Fluent in English.Optional skills include:SAP Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM or PM module).Development skills like ABAP and/or Neptune.Knowledge of the French language.SOX & GxMP Validation Knowledge.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER YOU- Attractive base salary with a performance-based variable pay scheme.- A rewarding, exciting, and diverse working environment.- An award-winning company university, offering personal development opportunities and training.- Be You.
