Morra Spa, azienda leader nella distribuzione farmaceutica ricerca:SALES PRODUCT SPECIALIST – CANALE FARMACIA PUGLIAIl candidato ideale è un sales representative canale farmacia con background scientifico ed esperienza in vendita diretta e formazione ai farmacisti, preferibilmente su prodotti private label di dermocosmesi e integrazione alimentare.La persona selezionata sarà responsabile della promozione commerciale del listino Formula Farmacia private label di dermocosmetici e integratori), della mappatura delle farmacie sulla zona di competenza, del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di sell-in e della formazione commerciale e tecnica ai farmacisti sull'intero portfolio di prodotti.La tradizionale attività commerciale sul punto vendita sarà accompagnata da un'attività di formazione ai farmacisti svolta in presenza ed in webinar.Attività e Responsabilità:· Mappatura del territorio, visite commerciali, negoziazione in autonomia per l'acquisizione e gestione delle farmacie clienti· Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato sul business di riferimento ( private label di dermocosmetici e integratori)· Formazione commerciale e tecnica ai farmacisti· Redazione di report sull'andamentoRequisiti:· Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo· Laurea in farmacia; CTF (Chimica e Tecnologia Farmaceutiche), Biotecnologie, Biologia, Chimica· Dimestichezza nella redazione di report su EXCEL e dell'agenda elettronica· Attitudine alla negoziazione ed al problem solving· Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali· Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team, coerenza manifesta rispetto agli impegni assunti, flessibilità ed organizzazione nel metodo di lavoro· Disponibilità allo spostamento sul territorio assegnatoCostituisce requisito di grande interesse la conoscenza geografica del territorio di competenza e delle farmacie ivi localizzate.Zona di competenza: PUGLIASi valutano sia agenti in piva sia candidati interessati al contratto da dipendente.Il presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi e a persone di tutte le nazionalità ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
