Siamo alla ricerca di Field Services Safety Specialist.What will you do?Raccolta ed elaborazione dei documenti necessari all'accesso «on site»:Recepimento delle clausole contrattuali riguardanti la documentazione di sicurezza;Redazione delle autocertificazioni richieste a contratto, previa confronto con ufficio Contratti e/o ufficio Legale in caso di clausole sbilanciate a sfavore di Schneider Electric;Interfacciamento con gli altri uffici interni (HR, Contrattualistica, Gestione commessa) per il recupero di informazioni specifiche necessarie allo scopo;Redazione del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi specifici e/o del Piano Operativo di sicurezza, sulla base degli elementi risultanti dall'offerta, dall'ordine e dalla documentazione di sicurezza ricevuta dai Clienti;Raccolta dei documenti dei subfornitori;Verifica di congruenza dei Piani di Sicurezza dei fornitori.Raccolta ed elaborazione dei documenti preliminari all'ordine:Redazione di documenti di sicurezza per le offerte richiesti da ufficio Contratti;Redazioni di documenti di sicurezza per gare d'appalto richiesti da ufficio Contratti;Redazioni di documenti di sicurezza per la qualifica aziendale c/o i Clienti.Raccolta dei documenti aziendali e personali:Controllo della documentazione aziendale, come: CCIAA - DURC - DURF - RCT/RCO - F24 - Ecc.
