Barman - Franchise Job Requirements The Spring House Hotel, Rome Vatican Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a skilled and experienced Barman to join our team. As a Barman, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails and maintaining a high-quality bar menu for our guests.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and other beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and team members. Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and execute new and innovative cocktail recipes. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into the bar menu. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies. Train and mentor new bartenders as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barman in a high-volume establishment. Extensive knowledge of cocktails and other beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
