CRIF prestigioso ed innovativo Gruppo internazionale specializzato in soluzioni informative, modelli decisionali, outsourcing, software e servizi consulenziali a supporto di banche, società finanziarie, assicurazioni, utilities e imprese, ricerca all'interno dell'area di Global Delivery una figura di: Business Analyst Senior/Level Il candidato avrà l'obiettivo di fornire supporto a vari progetti nazionali e internazionali creando soluzioni che soddisfino i requisiti dei clienti esterni e interni.
La attività principali sono: identificare, collezionare e interpretare i requisiti di business dei clienti interni operando come interfaccia tra referenti business, referenti IT, fornitori e clienti interni nell'ottica di analizzare, documentare e validare i requisiti di business richiesti; supportare il processo di ideazione e creazione di nuovi prodotti e servizi e garantire la costante evoluzione e gestione di prodotti e servizi esistenti anche derivante da cambiamenti normativi e regolamentari; gestire il processo di analisi funzionale e stesura dei documenti di specifica requisiti software (SRS) e di altri documenti progettuali; pianificare, definire ed eseguire casi di test, stesura dei documenti relativi; partecipazione a team interni per lo sviluppo di nuove soluzioni o di soluzioni integrate, sulla base di relazioni sinergiche e costruttive con le altre BU e sulla base degli input dei mercati; Supportare all'occorrenza la forza commerciale nel proporre e realizzare soluzioni a valore aggiunto per il cliente Le skills richieste sono: ottime abilità analitiche, orientate al dettaglio e all'approfondimento; ottime capacità di team working e di collaborazione interfunziona; flessibilità e orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati; attitudine al problem solving e autonomia organizzativa; ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
Il candidato ideale possiede: Laurea in ingegneria, materie scientifiche o economiche / esperienza professionale equivalente; buone capacità di analisi funzionale e procedure di test; buona conoscenza di MSOffice (excel, powerpoint, access); sarà considerato requisito preferenziale la conoscenza di SQL e Data Base relazionali e la capacità di eseguire analisi sui dati in autonomia; sarà considerato requisito preferenziale la conoscenza del linguaggio XML; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana sia scritta che parlata; sarà considerato requisito preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
