**Descrizione del Ruolo del Bellboy**:
Come Bellboy, avrai il compito di offrire un caloroso benvenuto agli ospiti, facilitando il loro arrivo, la loro partenza e assicurando che il loro soggiorno sia il più confortevole possibile. Sarai un elemento chiave dell'esperienza di accoglienza del nostro resort di lusso.
**Responsabilità Principali del Bellboy**:
- Accoglienza degli ospiti all'arrivo con un sorriso e cortesia, assistendoli con il trasporto dei bagagli.
- Fornire informazioni sui servizi offerti dal resort e assistenza generale.
- Coordinare la consegna dei bagagli nelle stanze in modo efficiente e tempestivo.
- Mantenere il contatto con la reception e altri reparti per garantire un servizio fluido e impeccabile.
- Occuparsi delle richieste speciali degli ospiti, comprese raccomandazioni locali e richieste di trasporto.
**Requisiti Richiesti per il Bellboy**:
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore alberghiero o in ruoli di ospitalità è preferita ma non essenziale.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di altre lingue è considerata un plus.
- Capacità di lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi.
- Spiccate doti relazionali e orientamento al servizio ospiti.
- Flessibilità e adattabilità in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al cliente.
**Competenze Trasversali del Bellboy**:
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e predisposizione ad interagire con persone provenienti da diversi contesti culturali.
- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione mantenendo sempre un atteggiamento positivo.
- Attitudine al problem solving e a fornire soluzioni pronte e pratiche.
- Attenzione ai dettagli e cura nella presentazione personale.
