All the while building a successful career, with real purpose.We are currently looking for a Tender Specialist to join our team in Italy.Location: Gallarate (VA)In this position you will:Monitor upcoming public tenders / sales opportunities and notify business areasTrack the tender flow and coordinate tasks/activities within the flow, to ensure that every offer is placed within the tender deadlines and according to the tender specsLead or join the alignment meetings with tender stakeholders (Sales and Marketing) to define deadlines and specific requirements of the tender.Prepare required documentation connected to public/private tenders, bids and sales offers, also provided by relevant/responsible departments (sales, marketing...)Manage tenders samples request, according to internal procedures and customer requirementsSubmit tenders and bids on time and minimize the risk of delaysMaintain tender / opportunity pipelineManage post awarding processes respecting timelineManage sales contracts lifecycleProperly archive all tenders and contracts documentationAcquire and update all necessary documentation (regulatory and administrative), for both tenders and contracts useUpdate and manage providers register on lineWhat you'll getOpportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team with a global company; Responsibility for driving the growth of the business divisions in Italy; Careful and comprehensive induction; Exciting work environment where you will get space for your ideas, and you are encouraged to take challenges and grow; Opportunity to bepart of larger work groups and contribute to innovative projects, especially at a cross-country or EMEA level; Permanent contract and possibility to grow within the company; Financial bonus and perks; Realistic targetsand competitive bonus scheme; Open, friendly and fair working atmosphere.What you'll needKnowledge of the end-to-end tender processAdministration / Legal Degree or equivalent ExperienceRelevant years' experience in tender & contract managementAccuracy and attention to detailsSelf-driven and independent attitudeExperience with SAP or similar platforms would be desiredGood level of EnglishKnowledge of the Microsoft office packageOur approach to diversity and inclusionAt Mölnlycke diversity is not just a vision, but our strength.
