Our client is a global specialty chemical company with the talent, expertise and drive to help its customers succeed in competitive markets.For the Performance Chemicals Market, based in Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN), we are looking for a:Project EngineerThe resource will be responsible of organizing, supervising and testing new and existing projects, coordinating the activities of the personnel involved, in compliance with the Quality Management System and Health and Safety policies as well.Main Accountabilitiespreparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects; handle technical documentation; perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly on projects status; cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support; review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions; managing the development of the project on site as well as people who are involved, both internally and externally; Key requirementsOur candidate has a university degree studies (mechanical, chemical or similar engineering) with at least 3 years of experience in project management or production line maintenance.The candidate possesses good communication, interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of process engineering, project management techniques.The optimal candidate should be a motivated, proactive, detailed and results oriented person. Proficiency in use of IT tools, Autocad, strong command in English are required (other languages are an asset).
