Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.Position summaryWe're looking for a Sales Finance Analyst in arco (TN) Location.The Sales Finance Analyst is part of the Global Sales Finance team and she/he is in charge to support the sales team in the pricing negotiation with ad-hoc analysis and to consolidate pricing variance impact on revenues in coordination with operational finance and cost estimating.
The Sales Finance Analyst would take part also to other activities, like sales budgeting and forecasting, sales reporting tools update and customer contracts database management.
In addition, she/he would have the opportunity to interact with the other Global Sales Finance team members in charge of customer scorecards, CRM tool management, market intelligence, sales strategy and growth.Main ResponsibilitiesManage price adjustment calculationsUpdate overview price adjustment rules in place across the business unit Forecast pricing data collection and impact simulations at global levelPrice tracking file analysis in order get simulations and summaries by plant and regionSupport sales budgetingUpdate sales reporting toolsMain opportunities and challenges: Pricing Assumptions ManagementForecasting process and future scenarios developmentTactical analysis and their contribution to the strategic target achievementOperate in a global and multicultural teamJob position RequirementsEducation: University bachelor degree Management, Finance or related FieldsProfessional background • Minimum experience in a related field (accounting, finance, customer service) also through internship or apprenticeship• Strong willingness to learn.Hard skills Essential: • MS Excel advanced• MS Outlook• MS PowerPoint• English fluentConsidered as a plus:MS Power BISoft skills• Strong coordination and organizational skills• Results oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Consensus-driven communicator: liaise across different regions, functions, and departments, as well levels within the business• Passion for Sales and Finance• Strategic Thinking• Ethics Integrity"If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
