In addition to this we also offer banking and payment solution for domestic and international demand.PositionInserita all'interno del Team Risk Integration & Reporting, la persona da noi ricercata si occuperà di tematiche di natura trasversale ai rischi, delle attività progettuali del risk management e più in generale nelle attività di integrazione del processo di gestione dei rischi.In particolare, la risorsa contribuirà:· all'identificazione dei rischi rilevanti della Banca e alla definizione/monitoraggio del Risk Appetite;· all'attività di gap analysis normativa, studio della documentazione rilevante e definizione dei piani di adeguamento interno, con particolare riferimento all'area IRRBB, CSRBB e liquidità.· alla redazione – per la parte di competenza del Risk Management - della documentazione necessaria ai fini dei cantieri in ambito di Recovery e Resolution (quali Recovery Plan, SRB Liquidity in Resolution, SRB FMI Contingency Plan) e del processo SREP (ICAAP/ILAAP);· al coordinamento e all'integrazione degli esercizi di analisi e di stress di natura trasversale cross-rischio, quali ad esempio il Recovery Plan, gli stress test ICAAP, gli stress test regolamentari (EBA Stress Test).· alla redazione del reporting interno agli Organi ed esterno ai Regulators.Requirements· Esperienza di 5 anni nel settore · Laurea preferibilmente in Economia· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)· Competenze in ambito normativo relativamente alla disciplina prudenziale di vigilanza · Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team· Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Word, Excel e Power Point.Gradito/i· Esperienza all'interno di SRB, ECB, EBA.
