Webuild is the new name of the Salini Impregilo Group, the global construction player specialized in building large works and complex infrastructure for the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors.Webuild is the expression of 117 years of applied engineering experience in 50 countries, in five continents, thanks to the talent of 85,000 people from over 100 nationalities.With a total backlog reaching €61 billion*, Webuild is a group guided by the passion for building and the pursuit of excellence, which renewed its commitment to building a sustainable future by applying its know-how to build innovative and valuable works.*Consolidated Financial Results at June 30, 2023 Webuild is seeking a Physical, Personal and Travel Security Intern, with a focus on the international area.The place of employment is Milan, Italy.The extracurricular internship is for 6 months and includes an allowance of €800, as well as free access to the company cafeteria.Main activities Under the supervision of the company mentor, the intern will be involved in the following activities: Defining physical and personnel security measures in terms of: (1) types of security services and their sizing (2) technological solutions (3) specific instructions and operating procedures (4) security documents; Implementation of identified security measures, in close cooperation with the resources of the responsible Operating Units, in compliance with the defined timelines; Supporting Security Incident Management and Security Crisis Management activities in coordination with the relevant Corporate functions and the relevant Job Order areas; Periodic assessments in the area of physical and personnel security for the purpose of monitoring and verifying the correct application of identified procedures and measures; Preparation of security briefing notes for local, expatriate and accompanying family members personnel in the risk contexts of the Operating Units; Analysis of security training needs in relation to specific areas and types of risk.Definition, in coordination with HR management, of content, materials and delivery methods for training/information sessions; Support for travel security activities.Requirements Bachelor's degree in humanities, business or social disciplines; Good analytical skills; Fluent knowledge of English.Knowledge of Spanish or Russian is appreciated; Excellent interpersonal skills; Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Positive and collaborative attitude, openness to listening and desire to learn; Basic knowledge in cybersecurity is appreciated.Webuild is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All applications for vacant positions will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender, marital status, age, disability or beliefs.
