Context and Purpose of the job
You will join the Emporio Armani Women's Fashion Design team and, in particular, you will focus on the knitwear category. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely together with the senior members of the team to assist them in all the activities and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the product development team.
ResponsibilitiesResearch trends and prepare moodboardsTake part in the fitting sessions and support in identifying eventual fit problemsCreate sketchesCreate the technical sheets of the garments for the transition to Product DevelopmentCollaboration with the whole EA Women design team to ensure consistency between the various product categoriesRequirementsDegree in Fashion Design with a specialization in knitwearA previous internship or contract experience in knitwear would be a plus.Excellent drawing ability both by hand and with graphic softwareTechnical knowledge of knitwearExcellent knowledge of Photoshop and IllustratorFluent in Italian and EnglishPrecision and orientation to detailsExcellent ability to work in a teamWe promote diversity and inclusion in all forms, within a collaborative environment where your talent can flourish in the pursuit of a common goal: yours and our growth.
