Per rinomata azienda cliente, operante nel settore dell'Edilizia Civile ed Industriale, ricerchiamo una figura di Site Manager trasfertista, che si occuperà della gestione di importanti commesse su tutta Italia. Principali responsabilità Pianificare attività cantiere e maestranze Gestire i materiali e mezzi di cantiere, monitorando le manutenzioni Gestire il personale di cantiere e subappalti Preparare la reportistica relativa al corretto monitoraggio Ricevere/Gestire bolle e merci da fornitori esterni Sovrintendere la realizzazione delle attività secondo il capitolato d'appalto e progetto Cronoprogramma Norme di sicurezza Rapporto con committenti e forntiori Inquadramento con CCNL Edilizia oppure a Principali caratteristiche richieste Diploma di geometra o Ingegneria Civile/Edile – Architettura Esperienza pregressa in settore Edilizia Dimestichezza con disegni di progetto – particolari costruttivi Lettura di Documentazione Tecnica Excel, Autocad, Primus Disponibilità a trasferte sul cantiere ( 1/2 settimane ogni tanto per stato avanzamento lavori su cantiere) Lingua inglese buona, gradita conoscenza spagnolo Stai cercando un Senior Site Manager Construction per la tua azienda?
