Job Description:Program/Product Planner is the focal point for the planning of specific engineering projects within MS Project in terms of budgets, schedule and scope of activities.The main activities are the following:Support Technical Areas in the planning activities (schedule, cost, and scope), ensuring application of the planning approach defined by Engineering Planning, Control & Budgeting Department (based on EVMS methodology)Support Technical Area during monthly schedule progress update, forecast and baseline change controlParticipate to the Technical Area budgeting process, supporting departments in the definition of their activities and the related effort/costsPrepare and analyze all the necessary data to support the program/product progress review: reporting, performance indicators trend, variance analysis, capacity and critical path analysisSupport Technical Area in defining input/output activities and critical dependency in order to define horizontal and vertical integration of schedule and performing critical path analysisSupport Technical Area in timely managing scopeSupport Technical Area in activities related to management of the full project, in accordance with Program Management, ensuring the correct flow down to Technical Areas of related informationHARD SKILLSPlanning skills (MSP 2016)Accurate numerical skills.MS Office suite, MS project 2016 and SAP deep knowledgeVery good knowledge of English LanguageSOFT SKILLSGood communicating and negotiating skillGood team working approachStrong capability to relationshipSeniority:Junior
