**IT OPERATIONS INTERN**
**Our fast-growing Technology startup sennder Italia is looking for an IT Operations Intern to join our "**IT Operations" department**.
The role is based out of the Milan office and will report to the** IT Operations Expert**.

The **IT Operations Intern **is here to provide 1st level support and maintain our devices in order to help stabilize our rapid growth in collaboration with the IT Operations department.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:
- Deliver on-prem and remote IT support for sennder Italia;
- Manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android endpoints in the corporate environment, using best practices and MSEM / Intune;
- Manage meeting room equipment and support related gear;
- Manage accounts in Google Workspace, MS 365, Slack, Salesforce, and many others;
- Manage local IT inventory;
- Plan, execute and support internal IT projects;
**PREFERABLY YOU ARE**:
- A teamplayer;
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and service attitude;
- Quickly adaptable to new technologies and with an enjoyment for optimization and automation;
- Excellent communicator with a good level of Italian and English language, other languages are a plus**;**:
- Organized and diligent way of working;
- Capability to work alone on-site and collaborate with a globally distributed team.
