Per uno dei più importanti programmi strategici nell'ambito delle tecnologie innovative, cerchiamo attivamente persone che vogliano partecipare alla costruzione della nuova architettura della Difesa.
Stiamo ricercando Contract Manager che si occuperanno delle seguenti attività:
Garantire la corretta interpretazione degli adempimenti amministrativi e contrattuali partecipando alla negoziazione del contratto e monitorandone l'esecuzione.Fornire assistenza al PM e agli altri membri del team nella gestione del contratto predisponendo lettere di sollecito, coordinando e conservando la necessaria documentazione, gestendo crediti documentari e fornendo il necessario supporto per l'interpretazione delle clausole di natura commerciale.Attività di coordinamento con i diversi enti coinvolti nel processo (esterni ed interni) per la raccolta/emissione della documentazione prevista dal credito documentario.Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento delle attività per garantire la riduzione dei bond.Interfaccia con parti terze (p.e. clienti, società del gruppo, uffici consolari o ambasciate straniere, etc.) per l'ottenimento delle informazioni/documentazione necessari al corretto svolgimento degli adempimenti.Requisiti: Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia AziendaleEsperienza pluriennale in Contratti nazionali ed internazionali e Commercio InternazionaleConoscenza della disciplina materiale d'armamentoConoscenza della normativa fiscaleBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scrittaBuona conoscenza della lingua tedesca parlata e scritta (preferenziale)Spiccate capacità di operare in ambiente internazionaleLe persone sono il nostro ASSET aziendale e rappresentano un patrimonio imprescindibile per l'innovazione del nostro business.
