Il nostro Cliente è un produttore leader di macchinari per il riciclaggio della plastica e fornisce sistemi completi chiavi in mano per macchine per il riciclaggio della plastica.
Descrizione
Il Technical Director avrà i seguenti obiettivi e responsabilità:

Interfaccia costante con la Direzione Aziendale e con la funzione Sales per confrontarsi sulle analisi di mercato e sulle richieste dei Clienti al fine di definire la strategia di sviluppo e innovazione;

Interfaccia costante con l'Area Operations per garantire il rispetto dei tempi di progettazione;

Interfaccia con i Clienti, al fine di fornire supporto tecnico in fase di acquisizione commesse e durante la gestione delle stesse;

Gestione dell'ufficio Tecnico e R&D;

Garantire il completamento dei progetti nei tempi e nei costi stabiliti;

Organizzare, pianificare e gestire tutte le attività relative all'area tecnica;

Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali definiti con la Direzione;

Garantire la costante innovazione e competitività tecnologica;

Gestione dell'ufficio tecnico nel day-by-day, anche in maniera operativa;

Gestione progetti di standardizzazione e razionalizzazione codici;

Gestire in maniera proattiva l'avanzamento tecnico dei progetti, relazionandosi con gli stakeholders interni ed esterni per prevenire e/o risolvere le criticità.

Profilo del Candidato

Laurea in Ingegneria, solido background tecnico nella progettazione meccanica;

Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti ad ampio respiro e ad alto contenuto tecnico;

Ottime conoscenze tecniche di progettazione di impianti e/o macchinari industriali;

Comprovata esperienza nella gestione dell'area tecnica maturata in aziende specializzate nella progettazione e produzione di impianti o macchinari su commessa (logiche make to order, engineering to order);

Comprovata esperienza nella gestione diretta dei Clienti strategici;

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;

Ottime doti di leadership e di gestione manageriale di team eterogenei;

Ottima attitudine al problem solving;

Ottime di doti di project management;

Forte orientamento all'innovazione e allo sviluppo prodotto;

Teamworking e attitudine a lavorare in maniera sinergica con gli altri Stake-holders;

Visione strategica e manageriale;

Conoscenza di software per la gestione di progetti;

Conoscenza di software di gestione dei codici e delle commesse.
