Job Description Riportando direttamente al Supply Chain Manager ed a stretto contatto con tutti i dipartimenti aziendali, il candidato prescelto si occuperà di assicurare la qualità prodotto, garantendo il progressivo miglioramento nell'implementazione dei requisiti qualitativi dei processi produttivi, misurandone i principali indicatori, al fine di garantire un'ottima customer satisfaction. Avrà la responsabilità di definire le procedure e metodologie più efficienti, al fine ottimizzare le linee di azione ed il controllo del flusso di produzione in ottica di Lean.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di:
analizzare la diagnostica delle problematiche delle non conformità segnalate dal cliente, in collaborazione con gli altri enti del Controllo qualità;monitorare i portali qualità dai clienti (verifica KPI) ed analizzare le cause di non conformità tecnico - funzionali del prodotto al fine di garantire la customer satisfaction, coinvolgendo i Capireparto competenti ed le altre funzioni a supporto;sulla base dei Client claims, proporre e predisporre le necessarie azioni correttive in collaborazione con tutte le aree coinvolte: R&D, Produzione, Acquisti e Laboratorio;analizzare ed elaborare di proposte di miglioramento dei processi produttivi e risolvere i problemi del prodotto finito (continuous improvement) attraverso l'applicazione di tecniche di analisi statistica e logiche di problem solving in ordine ad obiettivi, fasi e modalità di attuazione, tempistiche, costi, modalità;mantenere il sistema di indicatori della qualità, allo scopo di monitorare le performances e garantire che il livello qualitativo si mantenga costante nel tempo;fungere da interfaccia tecnico tra l'Azienda e il Cliente, contribuendo alla definizione ed implementazione delle strategie atte a gestire/prevenire le criticitàredigere report di dati produttivi a seguito di claim cliente;supportare i responsabili di dipartimento per una corretta e metodica applicazione degli standard qualitativi per garantire l'andamento ottimale della commessa in ottica Lean;assicurare il coordinamento e l'integrazione delle attività svolte internamente con quelle svolte presso i fornitori esterni al fine di mantenere un costante ed efficiente controllo delle commesse in tutte le loro fasi;supportare l'implementazione di un sistema di raccolta dati che, applicato a tutti i livelli, consenta l'individuazione di azioni e progetti di miglioramento in ottica Lean/Kaizen. Competenze ed esperienza Il candidato ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
Laurea in ingegneria (gestionale, dei materiali, meccanica) o equivalente diploma ad indirizzo tecnico;esperienza nella gestione della qualità prodotto in area Lean Production, operations (industrializzazione, pianificazione di produzione, responsabile di reparto/team) all'interno di contesti industriali strutturati;conoscenza della metodologia Lean e dei processi produttivi organizzati;conoscenza dei principali processi di lavorazione meccanica, assemblaggio, e trattamenti superficiali;buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Office user.
