Onsite Customer visit for Installation & Support to resolve all technical issuesCoordination with technical/software team for removing "Bugs"Coordination with sales and coordination team for all supply issuesResolve all the technical & non technical issue onsite.Provide solution to software/hardware issue in consultation with Software / Embedded / CCD teamDiscussion with customer and resolve all issuesPreparation of Service Reports and Issue wise MOMCompletion of RMA in coordination with CCD, Sales & Dispatch for proper handling of returnable and non-returnable materialRegular training program at customer end in order to educate regarding Jekson Vision System and maintaining proper documentation for the same and its efficient storageMaintain a complete pre-installation checklist and checklist of all the installation done at customer place and to provide the copy of the same to Sales & CCDSynchronize the same to be used as referenceFor all out of warrantee systems plan for AMC, in consultation with sales teamRegular Audit at Customer end to check the working status and to provide suggestion for up-gradation if requiredEducational Qualification Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical)Preferred Candidate Profile Service & trouble shooting of embedded systemsService & troubleshoot for pharma machinery (Primary / Secondary packaging)Service & troubleshoot for pharma process machineryIntegration of system of PLC or Non-PLC base machinesAbility to travel across the WorldPreferred Field Experience Emerging TechnologyAutomationPharma MachineryPeople ManagementNegotiationRelationshipAnalytical and problem solvingGood oral and written communicationTime ManagementEthical behaviorAdapting to change in work environmentStay abreast with technical knowledgeProblem solvingApply to Jekson Vision[supported files: pdf, doc, jpg, png & max. file size:5MB]
